Founded in 2007 by Kieran McGuire, 1install is a family-run specialist in high-end home technology - home cinema, lighting control and whole-home automation, engineered primarily around Crestron.

Kieran's background is as an electrician who specialised early in control systems, and that hands-on foundation still shapes how 1install works today: every installation is designed, wired and commissioned by people who understand a home's electrical infrastructure as well as its technology.

Two decades on, 1install remains a family business - proudly so - operating across exceptional residences in the UK and Ireland, with offices in Berkshire and London.
